Accelerated
I wanted to create a coach training you could inhale.
Not a training where you move quickly and barely understand anything. A training where you learn the most important tools, apply them, and pass the same test as someone who took the course over six months.
That is what I have been working on with Accelerated. I went through every coach training I have done and pulled out the best teaching and the best information. It is my best work condensed.
The best teaching, without the fluff
One of the entertaining things about this course is that you see different versions of me. In one video, I have short hair and live in one house. In another, I have long hair and I am in a completely different house.
I chose the teaching because of what it helps you learn.
The videos are short, condensed, and fast paced. You have to stay focused. There is zero fluff. If you have wanted to understand our tools and the Model more deeply, this is the opportunity I created for you.
And if you are already a coach trained by me, you do not need to buy Accelerated. It is already in your alumni portal.
A foundation you can keep building on
Accelerated condenses the training into about two weeks. It also comes with a Certification Vault containing the courses I have taught over the years.
There are hundreds and hundreds of hours of teaching in that vault. That is wonderful, but it can also be overwhelming when you have a particular question and do not know where to look.
So we created Brooke AI and loaded it with those courses. You can ask questions about the trainings, tools, and teaching instead of trying to go through all the material to find an answer.
I wanted you to have access to the depth of the work without having to search through every hour of it.
What happened when I put the course into an AI notebook
While I was creating Accelerated, I was also taking an AI class. I wanted to understand the tools and how I could use them productively in my work.
One of the tools introduced in that class was a notebook that could work with a collection of source material. I loaded it with the course transcripts, marketing materials, my sales letter, and videos I had created.
Then I explored what it could make from that material: summaries, reports, quizzes, flashcards, a slide deck, a mind map, and an infographic. The infographic it created for the Model delighted me.
But my favorite experiment was the audio overview.
I asked it to create a podcast for someone considering Accelerated, presenting the information to help that person make a decision. It produced a conversation between two generated hosts about the course.
All of that came from the materials I had already created. I was finding a new way to help people understand the work.
Start with your own mind
You do not have to want to become a professional coach to learn these tools. Start with your own life. Start with your own mind.
The Model has five parts: circumstances, thoughts, feelings, actions, and results. What happens and what you think about it are different. That distinction matters.
Imagine getting an email from your boss that says, “Can you come see me?” You might think you are in trouble. Someone else might wonder what new project the boss wants to discuss.
Same email. Different thoughts. Different feelings. Different actions. This is why we practice the Model instead of just memorizing five words.
Learning how to coach and deciding to build a coaching business are separate decisions. You can learn these tools because you want to use them.
Learning the tool and mastering it are different
So what can you learn in two weeks? You can learn the tools and begin applying them. Then you keep practicing.
Watch the lesson. Read the supporting material. Apply the concept through a worksheet. The application is part of the learning.
Learning how to use the Model gives you a foundation. Mastery comes from continuing to use it. There is more to understand about your own mind and more to learn as you coach someone else.
A condensed course still asks you to focus and do the work. Buying it is not the same as applying it. You have to take what you learn and use it.
You buy the education. You earn the certification.
You have to pass an evaluation to become certified. You are paying for the education. You earn the certification.
Tuition is $5,000. You pay $2,500 to begin and the remaining $2,500 before taking the certification test. There is a seven-day refund window.
These details are part of deciding whether the training fits what you want. So are the format, the time you will devote to it, and your willingness to apply what you learn.
The best of my work, condensed
If you have wanted to understand the Model and our tools more deeply, this is the opportunity I created for you. Short lessons. Focused teaching. Work you can apply.
And if you already teach or coach, consider what you could do with the materials you have created. How could an audio overview help your students understand your work?
That is what has me so excited. I was creating a course, and I discovered another way to help people understand it.
Those of you who have already trained with me get to revisit the work in a new form. Those of you who have never trained with me get to begin with the best of my teaching, condensed.
